Season 2, Episode 9
Original Air Date: November 17th, 2008
The show starts off with some strange stuff happening, it looks like Sarah Connor is having some strange dreams. They don’t make much sense, but she keeps seeing things that are three points in a triangle shape.
It looks like it is flu induced, but it is strange to see the protector need to be taken care of. They don’t really push this aspect of the plot as much as I would have like to have seen, but it did create some interesting scenes.
We also move further in the plot with Jessie and Derek Reese as they capture someone who helped the machines learn to interrogate people named Charlie Fisher.

Derek had been captured at one point and psychologically broken down by the machines and Charlie, something that Derek doesn’t remember. They play it off as alternate futures.
The whole story is a little silly, but we find out that Charlie had already completed his mission of doing something to the national defense computer systems which can’t easily be undone.
We also get to see Cameron, John’s protector, continue to try to empathize, display emotion and “fit in” while still also being able to flip into cold-hard Terminator mode when needing to interrogate James Ellison after Cromarties body goes missing.
We do find out that James Ellison has Cromartie “dead” in his trunk and he delivers it up nicely to his boss, Catherine Weaver, another Terminator with an unknown purpose thus far.
In the end, Sarah thinks she has figured out, in part thanks to her dreams, who the three points represents, and all I can make out from the video is, “Greenway”.
I really hope that all of these plot-lines that they currently have open and evolving pay off soon as I am getting bored with the slow burn on Cameron’s plot, and James Ellison’s as well. They really need to do something interesting and innovative if they are going to have an audience for season three.
I give this episode a 2 out of 5.
